Your collection explained

Our unique cloud-based collection system has been designed in house. It provides an unrivalled service to our customers using real-time data from each machine to calculate the equipment income. The cash is then counted and verified against the data.

COLLECTOR The name of our collector

CUSTOMER The name of your premises

EQUIPMENT & RENTAL CHARGE

In this area, you'll see a description of each machine we supply to your business on profit share. We show the pre-agreed rental percentage we charge for each machine.

MGD Machine Games Duty is the HMRC tax system for any equipment where an element of chance exists. We calculate the liability in this column.

COLLECTION TOTAL The total profit from all machines before any deductions.

MGD The total MGD is calculated and an explanation (If Applicable) of who has received this.

RENTAL CHARGE The total rental charge paid to Invicta Amusements

SITE COMMISSION Your total share of the income from the machines with your MGD liability (If Applicable) removed.

PAYMENT TO ACCOUNT Customers who rent equipment from us may choose to make payments from their profit share income. If you make a payment to us this will be recorded here.

TOTAL LEFT ON SITE This is the total cash that we have left. This is the total site commission + MGD (If Left) - Any payment to account.

Example

In the example, you'll see three machines a Gaming Machine, Pool Table & Jukebox

The example shows each of the three machines having made £100 (£300 total)

Our Rental breakdown is:

Example 1 £100 40% Rental £40.00

Example 2 £100 50% Rental £50.00

Example 3 £100 50% Rental £50.00

Total Rental £140.00. The remaining £160.00 has been paid to our customer.

Customer Benefits

Our system calculates equipment income based on the machines data & customer profile. Human error in counting & calculating is eradicated.

We can verify any claims from players who are short of payment from wins, as we can instantly see how much money is in any of our machines at any point. This can then be checked against the actual figure to see if an error has occurred.

Our terminals are connected by 4G meaning that as soon as your collector submits a collection this can automatically be emailed straight to you, your bookkeeper or accountant so you'll always know when a collection has taken place.
